Information collected is computer processed for use by the marketing department at Z Nautic. Personal data is therefore collected using the forms found on the website as part of :

• A request for information (contact requests and quote requests)
• Registration for an event (the optional or mandatory nature of the data required is show by an asterisk that is visible the user when the data is collected)
• Subscribing to a newsletter
• Downloading an information document
• Purposes

Your personal data is only collected and processed on the basis of the legal foundation provided by applicable regulations. In other words, for legitimate interest reasons or if not, on the basis of your consent for the following purposes:

Z Nautic has implemented appropriate technical and organisational methods to protect personal data.

Your personal data connected from the website can be processed by Z Nautic and their partners and contractors (service providers, advertisers, technical contractors, etc.).
Consequently, the data may also be released to qualified authorities as part of legal access requests.
Exercising your rights

In line with the usage set out by French law 78-17 of 6 January 1978, the so-called “Computing and Freedom of Information”  law, as modified, whether relative to computing, files and freedom, and European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and French law 2018-493 of 20 June 2018 and its application decrees. Hence every user has the right to object, to access, rectify, limit, move and delete any data held on them.
Consequently, any user may exercise their right to access, seek rectification and deletion of any data held on them and retained in Z Nautic’s databases, by making a request to the latter using one of the following means:
